- Sun Drying: If the bed becomes damp, place it in a well-ventilated area or under indirect sunlight. This helps prevent odor and keeps the sisal fresh.
- Avoid Excessive: Moisture Do not wash the entire bed with water or leave it in humid environments for long periods, as this may weaken the natural fibers.
- Protect the Base: Keep the smooth wooden base on flat surfaces to avoid scratches. Use a mat underneath if placing on delicate flooring.
- Routine Check: Inspect the structure regularly. Tighten screws if needed and check for any loose weaving to ensure stability for your cat.
