Shipping policy
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7-14 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping service.
If delivery time has exceeded the estimated time frame, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
We endeavor to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 business days. We operate on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Our delivery will require a signature on receipt so please make sure that you have an appropriate address and somebody who can sign for it when your delivery arrives. Once sent, we cannot redirect it.
All orders have a tracking number and you can monitor it via Shopify to check the progress of your delivery.
Please note, your delivery may experience delays because of customs. This is out of our control.
