How do I place an order?
- From the product page, choose the color and size you need. Then add the item to your shopping cart.
- Once you’ve selected your item, add it to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout from the top right corner.
- By default, we ship your order in one consolidated shipment once all items are ready. If you would like items shipped separately as they become available, please contact us at customerservice@solmerea.com and we will arrange split shipments.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are shown on each product page and at checkout, and free shipping is available on orders over $80. By default, items will be shipped together in one package whenever possible. If you need your order to be shipped separately, please contact us at customerservice@solmerea.com before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your shipment on our Track Order page. For any questions, please contact customerservice@solmerea.com.

- We accept payment via selected credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Your order total will be charged once we have verified your payment details and confirmed product availability.
- For your security, payment information is transmitted through encrypted, secure servers. We do not store or retain your full card details after payment is processed.
- You will be charged in the currency displayed at checkout. The order total includes taxes, duties, and shipping costs if any.

- After you place an order, you’ll receive an acknowledgement email confirming we’ve received your request. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
- Your order is confirmed once payment is approved, your delivery details are verified, and the items are prepared for dispatch. When your package is ready to ship, we’ll email you with confirmation and tracking details via our selected courier.
- If you choose split shipments, you’ll receive separate tracking updates each time an item ships.If you don’t receive the acknowledgement email within 24 hours, please contact us at customerservice@solmerea.com.

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled as a rule. If you need help, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@solmerea.com as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to assist before the order is processed for dispatch.
Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled. You may request a return by following the instructions in the “Returns Policy” section.
For security reasons, we may be unable to change the shipping or billing address after an order is placed. If you notice an error, please contact us promptly for assistance.

- Returns: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Products purchased on our website, we offer free return within 14 days from delivery, provided that the Products comply with all the Refund Policy in accordance with our terms of purchase.
- Refund: Upon receipt of the returned package, we will verify the condition of the items before accepting your return and authorising the refund. This process may take up to 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued and credited to the original credit card/account used for the Order purchased, and in the same currency. Please note that we will refund the purchase price of the returned Product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs, if any.
We will send you an Order Refund email as soon as we have issued the refund. Your account should be credited within a maximum of 30 days from the date of refund and depending on the refund policy of the payment tool used.

In specific Holiday periods, extended returns may be possible, as indicated in detail by a dedicated message on the website.
Before requesting a return, please ensure compliance with all the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of purchase:
- The Products you wish to return must be in the same condition as they were delivered, and should be packed in their original packaging. The Products must be intact and complete, not used, or damaged in any way with all labels, tags and, security tags attached in their original position and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted
- In case a Product was provided with a security tag, the return of this Product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, broken or damaged
