    How do I place an order?

    From the product page, choose the color and size you need. Then add the item to your shopping cart.
    Once you’ve selected your item, add it to your shopping bag and proceed to checkout from the top right corner.
    By default, we ship your order in one consolidated shipment once all items are ready. If you would like items shipped separately as they become available, please contact us at customerservice@solmerea.com and we will arrange split shipments.

    How long does shipping take？

    Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the moment the order confirmation e-mail is sent.
    Once the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of the courier.

    How can I track the shipment of my order?

    Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled as a rule. If you need help, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@solmerea.com as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to assist before the order is processed for dispatch.
